Failed runing xinteract

Hi,
I run Mascot (version 2.1)search in the CPAS in my WinXP SP2 desktop. Most of mzXML worked successfully but few of them can not work and showed the error message as below

Hi Amy,
I haven't had this exact problem but I have had problems with TPP processing of Mascot data. An approach to resolve this might be to run the command "XPressPeptideParser "1-1.pep.xml" -nK,6.02 -dF:\Chi\SILAC_mzxml" manually. Execute the command from the F:\Chi\SILAC_mzxml\mascot\1-1 directory. This may give you an error message with more information. After you are able to reproduce the error manually I would go to http://groups.google.com/group/spctools-discuss?hl=en. This is the TPP support page. They are best equipped to deal with TPP problems.
