Mascot in LabKey 8.3

Hi Guys,
I just upgraded to 8.3 and am now strugling to get mascot to work. I get the search executed but then get an error during writting a XAR file. The log file is attached. Any idea about this?

I will need some additional information to figure this out.

1) Can you send over the log file from your server? It is <CATALINA_HOME>/logs/labkey.log
2) In the directory D:\pipeline\raw264\testm\mascot\newmascot is there a *.xar.xml file? If so, can you attach it here as well?

Hi Brian,
labkey.log is attached. There was no xar.xml file in the newmascot folder, only an empty temp file. The labkey.log probably contains some errors which we have fixed already. One was due to the synchronizatioon script, te one on the official site needs to be updated to have the "get enzymes" function.
