To view MS/MS sample data in CPAS, click on the SmallICAT.pep.xml (CPAS/SmallICAT (ICATSrch)) link to the left, under MS2 Runs.

The MS/MS sample run that you see in this folder is also available for you to try on your own CPAS installation. See the CPAS Tutorial, which explains how to download the sample data, search it using the data pipeline, and analyze it using the MS2 tools.
