I'm not sure if this is really a bug, or if we care.
In FreezerManager go to a box that has some samples.
Select some of the samples in the box.
In the samples grid below create a filter that will exclude the samples/positions selected in the box.
I filtered on a specific location that was not selected.
Result:
The selected count in the samples grid continues to count the samples that are no longer visible (have been filtered out).
In other sample grids when a filter is applied the selected count does not include samples that have been filtered out.
Not a big deal, and maybe this behavior is ok in this scenario, but wanted to validate.
