java error while running msInspect

Hey all,
I set up JAVA_HOME and tried to run msInspect. I tried many times including update Java 6, change other folders. But it didn't work. The error message as below. Also,is there anyone could provide an detail document about running msInspect? I only found old documnet which still make me confuesd. Thanks in advance.

For furhter try, whatever viewer.jnlp or viewerApp.jar, it shows error like this(attachement). Is there someone know why? I have both jre5.1.3 and jre6 in my pc.
