Two weeks ago, users starting complaining of file uploads using the Files widget freezing. See attached screenshot. It looks like it is happening only with Internet Explorer. I just tried it with IE 10 and it freezes for me. Other users were using IE 8. It works fine in Chrome and FireFox.

This is on the https://labweb.fhcrc.org/ server.
