Unfortunately, the exp.Runs table cannot be customized to have additional fields. If you need to add run fields within your assay, you can add additional run fields by going into the Assay Designer.

But if you need the exp.Runs table to have more fields specifically, it is possible to create a separate table (like from an external schema or a list) that has the extra columns you need and then join the two together via some XML metadata, but that approach is going to not look very pretty.
