Hello,
Are you referring to the GenotypeAssays module in /externalModules? If so, that's one of ours. Just to clarify, do you have a development instance going where you build from source locally, or do you just want to download the pre-built .module file for your server?

Good Day Ben,
Thank you for your reply..I do not have a development instance going. I only have one instance of labkey which I installed from the Linux binaries...I would just like to download a pre-built module for my so this it can show up as an option in my Labkey under modules menu.
Thank You,

Hello,
The module shows up now, however I am trying to import the test data from the website gs_archive.lists.zip and it give me an error: Invalid list archive....is it possible that the test data was for an older version?
Thanks,

Hi Che,
It's possible you figured this out on your own, but I think I misunderstood your the original question. There is a Genotyping module and GenotypeAssays module. The latter provides some assays designed to manage genetic data (SNPs, microsats, etc). The test data you're asking about goes with the former, so I assume this is what you were after. The link I sent probably contained that module too though. If next gen sequencing is what you're after, we actually have a similar module aimed at this ( https://github.com/bbimber/discvr-seq/wiki), that's been in use for a while.
Best of luck,
Ben |
