Yes. Pretty awful. I think this goes away with the Enterprise Pipeline, but not positive. You should be able to get rid of this by:
1. Going to the folder mentioned in the error message '/Heinecke_Lab/Lev_Becker' in your LabKey web site.
2. Click the All link in the Data Pipeline web part.
3. Filter for interact-chow1b.prot.xml.log
4. Delete this entry
The server is complaining that you are trying to import the data into a second location. I think it would also be okay, if you imported it to /Heinecke_Lab/Lev_Becker again. You can fool it, as you say, by changing the location on disk. I am pretty sure this was done to support the Perl Pipeline, but I can't remember the reasoning anymore.
