Problem with running sequest searching

Hi,
My problem is when I run a 60min LC/MS/MS data search with sequest through CPAS, the running time is always several hours.
During the search, I check the log file, the following message is repeated all the time.
DEBUG: Submitting URL 'http://localhost:8080/SequestQueue//SequestQueue?taskId=1225413974593&cmd=status'.
And eventually it got an error result.

Sorry your having trouble. The DEBUG: Submiting..... is normal, it is CPAS checking (every 30 sec.) if the search is completed yet.
I'm not sure if this is the problem but I would avoid using the '#' in file names.

Otherwise,I need a little more information.
1. Version of CPAS
2. Version of Bioworks browser
3. Have you been able to run other searches or is this the first time you have tried it?
4. In the tomcat_home/webapps/SequestQueue/input/1225413974593 dir, on the Sequest server, there should be a job.log file. Please post it.
5. In the tomcat_home/webapps/SequestQueue/input/1225413974593/Integral_SCA#4 dir there should be a sequest.log file. Please post it also.
