Overview

When you perform a LabKey Flow Analysis, the LabKey Flow engine calculates statistics directly. In contrast, when you Import a Flow Workspace and Analysis, statistics are simply read from a file. FlowJo is still used to specify the compensation matrix and gates when you perform a LabKey Flow Analysis.
