My understanding is that you were sent the genotyping module back a year ago, specifically February 2016 via email.
Did you lose the original modules we provided?

Hi Jon!
I had a problem with my the CPU-SERVER hard disc where Labkey Server was installed.
So I lost almost everything, but when you remembered that you have sent me the genotyping Module by email, I checked it and finally found it.
Now, I have to re-install labkey and when everything works fine again, I will write you asking for support to customize that Module to use Illumina workflow.
