Hi, My problem is when I run a 60min LC/MS/MS data search with sequest through CPAS, the running time is always several hours. During the search, I check the log file, the following message is repeated all the time. DEBUG: Submitting URL 'http://localhost:8080/SequestQueue//SequestQueue?taskId=1225413974593&cmd=status'.
