Hello,

For Specimen Overview > Specimen Requests, I can only see "Details". I am missing "Submit" and "Cancel".

Please let me know how to correct this.

Can you show us a screenshot of what you're seeing just to confirm we're looking at the same thing?

Hi Marcia,

Thank you for providing the screenshot. It looks like you're looking at a Specimen that is already been submitted and is in a status requires additional action. You will need to access the Details and go into Update Request to do any further action to the specimen.
