After I download the file, I try to use it. I get the following error:

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at http://rdrshlabkeyv.camhres.ca/labkey/loadGo.post?manual=1 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

What version of LabKey have you deployed?

This looks like an issue that we fixed in LabKey 17.2 (released July, 2017): https://www.labkey.org/home/Developer/issues/issues-details.view?issueId=30739

I don't think we are going to upgrade in the near future.

Please could you list the steps necessary to fix this problem?

Specifically, in the thread, it says to change the configurations of "loadGoManual.jsp.". Please could you provide details.

The simple workaround is to temporarily disable "path-first URLs" (Admin Console->Site Settings) and retry the manual upload. Then re-enable path-first.

If you really want to change the code and recompile then check out SVN revision r51943, which contains JSP changes that fix the problem.
