Trying to access http://localhost:8080/labkey/helloWorld/scripts/jquery-2.2.2.min.js

displays a "HTTP Status 404 - Not Found" error

1.) I am using Komodo Edit a "simplified IDE"
2.) Running LabKey on a server as a standalone web service
