Thanks Jon and Josh,

We updated the enviromental variable and that fixed that error, but now when I run

require(xlsx)
write.xlsx(labkey.data, "${fileout:myExcelFile.xlsx}")

I get the following message:

Failed to retrieve report results

see SS attached.
