Have you followed the installation steps and confirmed that you are installing the latest version, using the supported versions of all components, following the structure recommended? For MacOS, you'll generally follow the Linux instructions. That you're getting that error page does indicate that you already have Java and Tomcat installed.
Check in the Tomcat ./logs directory and see if there is more detail about what might be wrong.
