Overview

Software validation is the process of ensuring that a software system meets its intended use and performs reliably within its operational environment. For regulated industries, validation provides documented evidence that the system consistently produces results that meet predetermined specifications and compliance requirements. Validation of Sample Manager is an optional add-on to the Sample Manager Professional Edition and performed by our third-party partner, CompliancePath. The Validation Pack is updated with each ESR release of Sample Manager and includes Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) documentation.

• August 1 - 18: Client Process Qualification Testing & Validation
• August 18 - 22: Upgrade of production environments to 25.7
