To upgrade an installation of
LabKey with Embedded Tomcat, follow the steps in this topic.
Obtain the New Embedded Tomcat Jar File
Register and download the new distribution here:
Rebuild and Restart LabKey Embedded Docker Container
Once you have the .jar file in your local Dockerfile repo, follow the same steps you used
when originally installing.
