Flow analysis is generally performed within the FlowJo application. The LabKey Flow module can read and use this analysis as described in the topic: Import a Flow Workspace and Analysis. If you are unable to use the FlowJo analysis, an alternative is to perform a LabKey Flow Analysis as described in these tutorial steps. FlowJo is still used to specify the compensation matrix and gates.
